Dear David,

 

Since my grandfather owned a coffee plantation in the highlands of Panama, our family has been particular about the standard of coffee we drink.   I feel good coffee must meet three criteria:

 

First, the coffee bean should be the best type, like the Arabica bean.

 

Second, the coffee plant should be grown in rich highland soil.  Some coffee companies blend the weaker tasting lowland beans with the richer highland coffee, with a predictable result.

 

Third, the beans have to be roasted to bring out the natural rich flavor of the coffee.  The best beans in the world can be bitter or weak, if over or under roasted.

 

Your coffee meets all these requirements, plus being grown in an environmentally conscientious manner.  This results in a predictably delicious cup of rich coffee.  This is a coffee drinkers delight!  We love it!

I am addicted to your coffee!!!

I was the type of coffee drinker who would only have coffee while in restaurants, malls, etc... Not anymore!  After tasting your coffee, I make it daily (more than once per day!)

I don't know what you're doing...whatever it is, don't stop!

We just tried the Groovy Costa Rican Medium Full Bodied Whole Bean Coffee that we purchased at Fisher's - WOW is all we can say!  It is absolutely the best coffee!  We will definitely be buying more and trying the others as well!  Thanks for a super cup of coffee! Chris and Julie
